== Requirements ==
May send a notification email when:
* User is created/imported
* Course is created
* Event is created/modified/released/graded

User should have a choice to send notification or not.

Optional:
* Scheduling system that schedule to send an email on some condition
* Custom template and mail merge system.

== Implementation == 
* All sending emails go to stack of email scheduler, so that user doesn't have any delay due to sending email overhead
